Our goal is to provide an environment and educational program that is academically rigorous and meets the developmental needs of our students.

The Residential Care Program at Family Ministries of Florida

Family Ministries of Florida is a residential children’s home organization dedicated to providing quality care and a Biblical educational environment. Foster students in the residential program live as part of a family with other children and house parents. The large campus features homes for the residential program, LCA’s office and classrooms, farm animals, and land for sports and fun.

Athletics

Legacy Christian Academy offers a wide range of competitive athletic programs. LCA is a member of the Central Florida Athletic Conference (CFAC) and competes in athletics at the Suncoast Regional Student Convention. Students in good standing and with an eligible GPA are allowed to participate in LCA Athletics.

Athletic programs change depending on the number of students participating.

We also offer volleyball, basketball and flag football for our elementary students in our TBCAL (Tampa Bay Christian Athletic League) conference.
